view case studiesI'm Aigar Sild — a brand designer and fullstack developer based in Estonia. I create visual identities and then build the websites, webshops, and products that bring them to life. No handoffs, no lost-in-translation moments.
I grew up in Estonia and started doing web design and branding work while still in Tallinn. In my early twenties I moved to Denmark, studied Multimedia Design and Web Development at UCL in Odense, and spent the better part of a decade working across Danish and Nordic agencies — from WordPress shops to Vaimo, one of Europe's leading e-commerce agencies. That time abroad shaped how I think about design — Scandinavian clarity, function-first thinking, and a deep respect for the end user.
Today I run two businesses alongside my design practice. Kauplus Rattapood is a bicycle shop and workshop I built from the ground up — the brand, the WooCommerce webshop, the AI-powered automation, all of it. It went from €50–60k to over €100k in annual revenue after the digital overhaul. Flowdesk is a SaaS product I designed and developed myself — a workshop management platform built with Next.js and Supabase that helps service businesses manage jobs, inventory, and customers in one place.
Running my own businesses means I understand yours. I know what it's like to worry about conversion rates, operational efficiency, and making every euro count. That perspective shapes every project I take on.
